Acrobat Pro DC CC Type signature dialogue not showing up

Hi,

im using latest Acrobat DC Version from my CC Subscription on my brand new intel macbook 16" with latest OS installed.

When i want to add a new signature for signin documents, the display keeps gray and the "type signature" dialogue doesn't show up as expected.

Any help?

Thanks for your help. A reinstall was neccesary. I have now july version and before it was may version. Now i have document cloud back and the signature dialouge shows up.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. Could you please share below details :

Is this a recent break on your machine?
Are you able to see your 'Document Cloud ' file list. (To see the 'Document Cloud ' file list, go to "Home" -> Click on "Document Cloud" from left rail. Please refer attached screenshot)
Acrobat version (Go to "Acrobat Pro" file menu and click on "About Acrobat" sub-menu.)

Please try rebooting the machine once and check if the issue persists.

Share the application version currently installed on the machine. Ensure that you are using the latest version.
