Acrobat Pro DC Document Looks Great, But Prints Out Blurry

Hello.

I've been helping some people change product labels with Acrobat Pro DC. The pdf looks sharp and crisp on the screen, but for some reason, the people I'm working for say that the pdf is printing out blurry. I've changed many of their other product labels that they've printed out with the same printer, and those aren't blurry.

I have no idea why this is the case.

The only thing I can think of is that a few weeks ago, when I tried to log in to my computer, it took a long time, and then when I finally logged it, it was almost like I was logging in for the first time. Google Chrome appeared, and it said something like "welcome to Chrome." My Chrome extensions were gone.

I'm wondering if there was some type of setting that I had set on acrobat pro dc that was reset during that time. I've tried for a while to search online to find an article that I had looked at previously that might have been a setting that I used to help the other labels from printing out blurry. However, I can't find that article on the internet.

Can you help me troubleshoot why a documetn on acrobat pro dc looks excellent but prints out blurry?

Thanks!

There's a lot of information missing here, starting with:

- Does the file look correct on the screens of the users?

- Does the file print correctly from your computer?

- What application are the others using to open the file?

- What printer are you using?

- What printer settings are you using?

- How was the file created (from which source format, using which settings, etc.)?

Thanks so much Try67. Sorry for my late response.

I'm going to try to troubleshoot using those those questions. I'm going to get the document printed probably tomorrow out to see if the same problem is happening or if this could just be a local printer problem...
