Acrobat PRo DC installation on MAC Error P1

I have purchased acrobat Pro DC and when I try to install it on my Mac I have an ERROR P1 after 11% of install. My Mac is running last version of OS and is up to date.

AS indicated I reboot my computer but I still have the same problem
