Acrobat Pro DC Installer is a white screen

I purchased an Acrobat Pro DC prepaid annual description and when the transaction was complete, I opened the download for the installer.  I got through the security prompts and signed in to my cloud account as required.  The window stayed open but now is just a blank screen; no "spinning" or anything, just white.  I restarted my computer with no luck.  I can't find what I'm looking for in any of the troubleshooting guides.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Thanks!

Try to install the application from here:  Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X

Please relaunch the application before installing the application.

Check if this helps.
