Acrobat Pro DC Installer - Mac

Acrobat Pro DC installer stuck at 9.2% on Mac using Catalina. Before updating to Catalina, I had Acrobat Pro XI which was working fine.

Now that wont work, DC wont install and I need help!!! My computer is located right next to the window on the first floor so... time is of the essence...

Hey there!

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

Since installation is stuck at 9.2%, what we suggest is to first run the cleaner tool to remove traces of older version. Cleaner tool: https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html?22

Once done, try installing it again and let us know if that still doesn't work.

We are having the same issue. We've used the cleaner but can't get past 8.4%.
