On a Mac using Acrobat Pro DC the user interface is huge. All the icons and toolbars are huge and hog too much screen space. Where are the settings to make the entire interface smaller? The interface takes up way too much space.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Have you started experiencing this issue recently?

Would you mind sharing the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.120142 installed.  Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

Regards

Amal

Already did all you suggest. M1 iMac, latest Monterey OS, Acrobat DC Pro desktop, newest version.

This has always been a problem -- it is not a new experience. There are absolutely no setting anywhere to reduce the user interface settings in Acrobat Pro DC.
