Acrobat Pro DC - no Fill & Sign?

I downloaded Acrobat Pro to my PC via Creative Cloud, and I simply have no Fill & Sign option anywhere. On any document. Even if I search. Even if I create it myself. This is the main reason I got this app, how can I fix this?
