Acrobat Pro DC "Not Responding" on MAC

My whole team is experiencing issues with Acrobat Pro DC stalling out or "Not Responding" If we unplug from the network, then launch the program... and re connect is tends to work... But if we launched the program when connected to the network, all we get it the spinning beachball.  Any thoughts?...could it be that Acrobat is trying to reach beyond our network and it is getting hung up?

hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

 

As described the application is not working when connected to the network and freezes on launch, do you get any error message? if yes please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

 Also please check your connection to Adobe and try to reset the host files as described in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html and check.

 

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in windows or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check.
