Acrobat Pro DC - Signature or Initials Will Not Save despite Toggle selected to Save

I have searched this elsewhere and not found a successful solution. I have Windows 10 and have tried moving preferences folder, checking for updates, uninstalling, and reinstalling. My version is: 

Installed Acrobat: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Acrobat.exe
Version: 22.1.20117.0
Creation Date: 2022/04/07
Creation Time: 2:01:54 AM

 

No mater what I try or do, I have to redraw my signature every time. Any tips?

Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

As described Acrobat Pro DC - Signature or Initials Will Not Save despite Toggle selected to Save and you have tried some troubleshooting step with no luck.

 

Please try to repair the installation from the help menu and reboot the computer once.

 

Also, try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...

 

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win and try using the application there and check.

This worked for me. It may take closing and reopening a time or few.

I followed the steps but honestly just closing all adobe related items and reopened and it was fixed.
