Acrobat Pro DC web works. Acrobat Pro DC desktop doesn't work.
I'm on a trial with Acrobat Pro DC. When I try to add files to any of the Tools in the desktop version, most file types are grayed out, such as docx, pptx, xlsx. The jpg and png files are not grayed out.
When I try to add files to the web version, the same files are not grayed out. It works fine.
I've restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat Pro DC, and checked the grayed out files to make sure the permissions are Read & Write. I'm using the latest version of the program and no new updates are available.
My laptop is a Macbook Pro using Mojave, OS version 10.14.6
What else should I do if I want to use the desktop version?
