Acrobat Pro failing to launch or not opening documents - No Error messages

I'm encountering this issue on multiple computers for multiple clients. When attempting to open PDFs, Acrobat either fails to open or opens without displaying the document. No error message appears.

 

I've tried completely removing all Adobe-related files and folders from the user data, program data, and temp directories, followed by a fresh installation of the latest Acrobat version.

 

Disabling enhanced security settings, certified plugins, and the new Acrobat look, which previously resolved similar issues, is no longer effective.

 

Has anyone else encountered this error or knows of a solution?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

 

We made many stability and performance enhancements to the subsequent releases. Would you mind updating the app to the latest version (2024.005.20414) and let us know if the issue is fixed for you?

 

If not, please try the below steps:

Right-click the app icon-> Properties-> Compatibility-> check the option "Run the app in compatibiltiy mode"-> select "Windows 8"-> Apply-> OK.

Now try running the application.
