I'm encountering this issue on multiple computers for multiple clients. When attempting to open PDFs, Acrobat either fails to open or opens without displaying the document. No error message appears.
I've tried completely removing all Adobe-related files and folders from the user data, program data, and temp directories, followed by a fresh installation of the latest Acrobat version.
Disabling enhanced security settings, certified plugins, and the new Acrobat look, which previously resolved similar issues, is no longer effective.
Has anyone else encountered this error or knows of a solution?
