Why and how to get rid of it. So annoying.

Spoke to Adobe and they said they don't support ipads, but hey they wrote the app.
Uninstalled it, reinstalled it, closed it and all other apps including email apps, restarted the ipad... still the same.

I am glad I saw this, the same thing has just recently started happening to me, I don't want promos for something in a product I pay a lot of money to use. Sure put it in a free version, but not the paid suite. It is very annoying when you use the app a lot to send copies.

I have the same issue as well, only I find that with the link Microsoft 365 classifies it as a High Confidence and quarantines the email. Killing business productivity

I wonder if there is a way to roleback the app version?

I too have found this to be incredibly burdensome for the 10-15 times that I perform this particular function in any given day. However, I didn't catch the auto-included garbage until the 2nd or 3rd message that I'd sent. It seems to have been implemented in the most recent update for the app. Have you identified a solution yet or just continuing to manually delete and replace the promo text? I couldn't seem to locate an option in settings or preferences to address it. Please let me know if there's a fix out there.

I still haven't got any results. Everyday still the same thing, delete both the subject and main text areas.
Really annoying and still no support from Adobe.

How does you send the PDF?

Directly from Adobe, click the three dots ... then choose 'send a copy', then choose my preferred email client.

Doesn't matter which email client, it does it to all.

You can remove the text before you press the send button of the email client.
