I upgraded to Win 11 and reinstalled Adobe CC.  For some reason Acrobat Pro is not even offered for instillation, although it is part of my full CC package. Can anyone help me resolve this?

@Hikingsky so, I am on the same screen as you, there should be a button in the top right corner, that says 'Access your apps and services,' click on that.... that should open the 'creative cloud' website...

Wait a few seconds, and you should get this screen. If not then log into your account. I know it will look extremely weird because you will think...I have them install...

but go ahead and click on Acrobat... it will say something like

Go ahead and click on "Open Creative Cloud Desktop App.app'

Hi,

Thanks so much for your detailed reply.

After going round and round to different screens, the only option ever offered was Acrobat Reader. Installing it still did not help.

An Adobe online help person had to send me an actual zip file in order to install Pro!

Thank you again for your generous advice and support.
