Acrobat Pro is not available in my full subscription to CC.

I upgraded to Win 11 and reinstalled Adobe CC.  For some reason Acrobat Pro is not even offered for instillation, although it is part of my full CC package. Can anyone help me resolve this?

@Antelope Freeway so, I am on the same screen as you, there should be a button in the top right corner, that says 'Access your apps and services,' click on that.... that should open the 'creative cloud' website...

Wait a few seconds, and you should get this screen. If not then log into your account. I know it will look extremely weird because you will think...I have them install...

but go ahead and click on Acrobat... it will say something like

Go ahead and click on "Open Creative Cloud Desktop App.app' which will bring you the real dashboard!

trust the process I guess?!

Hi,

Thanks so much for your detailed reply.

After going round and round to different screens, the only option ever offered was Acrobat Reader. Installing it still did not help.

An Adobe online help person had to send me an actual zip file in order to install Pro!

Thank you again for your generous advice and support.

Hi,

Just now saw your post.
Though I reported before that the zip file w/Acrobat Pro worked, somehow it was not linked to my CC account, so it had issues.
Its been a while now, but I worked with an online help person and finally got my actual Pro Account Version of Acrobat. So weird that this problem still comes up several months after I had to deal with it.
Hope you've got it resolved!

I am also having the same issue - the Adobe Acrobat version available through Creative Cloud after I switched to Windows 11 is a watered-down version of Adobe Acrobat Pro. There is an option to use a web-based version which does have the full capabilities of Adobe Acrobat Pro, but it is limited to documents of 500 pages or less! WTF? How can I get the full desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Pro?????

Hi Jubilant--
I had to get an actual person at Adobe Online to help me get this resolved.  The first solution did not work, later something (I forget what) did work.  Whether or not people will still talk with a customer is a shot in the dark.  (I needed help from my mortgage bank about my mortgage ins. But they are alergic to real people talking to customers.)
$60 per month is outrageous, monopolistic price-scalping  for Adobe CC.  Half that would be high, but at least not "an offer we can't refuse."

Best of luck to you my friend.
