Acrobat Pro, latest version, missing default actions in the Guided Actions tool.

Mac OS Sequioa 15.7.2 I have two customer created actions that we used to use in the Action Wizard. Working on another project for them and needed to use the actions. Found I needed to use the Guided Actions Tool. So went to the tool and in the left panel where the default and these two imported actions should be I have nothing. I've logged out of Adobe and back in, not change. I even tried to uninstall Acrobat and reinstall but the uninstall fails. Any suggestions?

This is a known issue to our development team and they are actively working on it. The fix will be available in the future updates.

well in the meantime is there a work around for being able to apply the clients expected action?
