Acrobat Pro <>Wacom Intuos 4 problems

Hey guys,

I got a problem with the Acrobat Pro DC and my Wacom Intuos 4 graphic tablet.

If I open a PDF document it is not possible to use the cursor- or the hand-symbol for highlighting a text or something. I always "paint" on PDF documents with a red pencil. With hand or cursor it is the same.

When I am using my trackpad or trackball Acrobat will work correct. I am using WIndows 10 pro 64bit with 24RAM and i7 CPU. I also tried another Wacom and it is the same problem. I also refresh my driver - no solution.

I had contact to the support chat but they couldn't help me.

Has anyone an idea? Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi wundermaya,

Sorry for being late in answering your query.

Could you please check if there is an update available for Acrobat?

Click Check for Updates under Help menu.

To download updates manually, please visit the following link:

Adobe - Acrobat : For Windows

If that doesn't work, try changing DPI settings as given below:

Locate Acrobat shortcut>right-click>Properties>Compatibility>uncheck Disable display scaling on high DPI settings>Apply>OK

Relaunch Acrobat

What happens when you try to highlight the text? Is there any error message?

Please confirm the version of Acrobat DC installed on the machine.

Thanks!

Shivam
