Acrobat Pro, when selecting Help -> Acrobat Help I get this error message:
"Online Help content cannot be displayed. Verify you can launch your web browser and have access to the Internet."
Opened a browser and verified I have access to Adobe support sites. Did an installation repair.
Any ideas?

Hi @AI_DidntFixThis,
Sorry for the troubled experience, and thank you for reaching out.
This is a very strange behavior, but I just tested this workflow, and it seems to be working for me.
While we try to find the root cause of the issue, you can open help using this direct link: https://adobe.ly/44HE6tA
Here are a couple of things we can try:
1. Check default browser settings:
Ensure you have a default browser set in your system preferences (e.g., Chrome, Safari, or Edge).
Try temporarily switching to a different default browser and test again from Help > Acrobat Help.
2. Manually open Acrobat Help:
As a workaround, you can open the help page directly in your browser: https://adobe.ly/44HE6tA
3. Check for restrictions or security software:
Some firewall or endpoint security software might block Acrobat from launching URLs externally. Try temporarily disabling or whitelisting Acrobat in your security software.
4. Update Acrobat (if not already):
Go to Help > Check for Updates and make sure you’re on the latest version. This can help rule out a bug in older builds.
If the issue occurs again, let us know the version of Acrobat you are using and OS name and version.
