One set of bank statement pdf's open in Acrobat Pro with only their standard headings (e.g. name of institution) but without the data. If I open the same file in Acrobat Reader or Preview, it's fine. I thought I remembered this topic coming up before with no solution but an understanding that the issue is Adobe's, but don't see anything now. Does anyone also have this issue and is there a fix?
I am using Pro, latest version, on my Macbook Pro.

Sorry for the troubled experience, and thanks for reaching out.
There was an issue, which had been fixed already, and it was related to fonts. Could you please share the Acrobat version installed on your machine: https://adobe.ly/4k2zOB9
Also, if possible, please share a sample file that exhibits the same behavior, so we can test it at our end.
Will be waiting for your response

Thanks for your reply, Tariq. When this first occurred I assumed it was something to do with my credit union. Then I saw discussion with others experiencing the same issue. Now, it just may be confined to my credit union. I'll attach an example that works with everything else other than Acrobat Pro. It even works when I use the space bar for a quick look.

++Ading to the topic,
It works on my end using the Acrobat Mobile app on Android mobile device. And I have a feeling it has to do with macOS (Just speculating).
You mentioned that the file that you shared opens fine in everything except with Acrobat Pro DC desktop version on macOS.
Can you test if it oens fine on an iOS mobile device with the Acrobat Mobile app and signed in with your Adobe ID?
The skide below is a screenshot of your shared file, viewes on Android mobile device with Acrobat Mobile app and signed in with my Adobe user account.
I redacted the sensitive data on it.
I will test with the full desktop version on a Windows 11 machine and post back.

Thanks again. The file does open with all its data using Acrobat Reader iOS on my iPad. On all other saved pdfs that I've tried, they open as they should. It seems to be only this one provider. Thanks for reacting the sensitive information. I was wondering about that when I shared a bank statement. Unfortunately, this is the only place where I have found this issue.

I received an email saying that my post had received a reply and was my issue resolved. I don't quite understand why it came, since the last posting was from me thanking the previous reply for trying. But the issue remains unsolved.

Hi @Daniel38260886af98 ,
I found some things that I will share later today with some slides.
It may help understanding the underlying issue.
