Acrobat Pro Print Production Tools Tutorial

Can anyone recommend a video tutorial that explains how (and why) to use the print production tool in Acrobat Pro in simple easy-to-follow language?

I've looked in the Adobe video tutorials and LinkedIn Learning but I cannot find anything that focuses on the many different print production tool options in Acrobat Pro. I've found plenty of info about Preflight in InDesign and I found a few that talk generally about the Output Preview, but that's about it.

I'd like to be shown the benefits of the options available in Print Production Tools and how to use them effectively. For example, there are so many options in the Preflight tool that I don't understand and don't know whether they can be helpful or not.

There are text explanations available from Adobe, but I need something that I can share with other designers who do not have the attention span necessary to read all of that stuff.

We want to know more information on convert to Greyscale and remove transparency (High Resolution).
