Hello, I have a technical issue wih acrobat pro. Until today, when I opened a file, the backround was yellow but still it was printing white. Today it started printing yellow...so I went to preferences-accessibility-replace document colors and I cheked the "Use Windows Color Scheme". It turned white (except of some images at the pdf) but when I tried to print the document it couldn' t be printed an says an error occured while printing. Now it can not print any document. I tried to print as an image (as i read that may be a solution) but still doesn't work...please help

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
Would you mind sharing the, the screenshot of the error message for a better understanding? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.
As a workaround, try to open the PDF in web browser and try printing it from there and see if that helps.

Hi @Amal. I send you the screenshot. The first message is "the document could not be printed" and when i click ok comes the second message "an error occured while printing"
