Acrobat pro problem

Please Help, My subscription includes acrobat pro, but the system won't let me use it. I can only use regular acrobat. I can't activate acrobat pro.

Hi @BarbaraTecsi,

Thanks for reaching out. 
Please launch the Acrobat app, go to Help> About Adobe Acrobat, and a window will appear that gives you the Acrobat version number. Take a screenshot and share it with us.

 

Also, If the version number matches here: https://adobe.ly/49es5hh it is likely you already have Acrobat Pro installed.
