Acrobat Pro Refund?

Hello

I cancelled my trial on the 7th day but have still been charged for the month. The fine print states that one can be refunded if cancelling within 14 days. Could you please sort this out?

If you canceled the trial within 14 days, you will be fully refunded. Refer: Adobe Subscription and Cancellation Terms | Adobe

Sometimes, it may take time for refund to get processed. You may wait for some time and see if refund gets reflected in your account. You may also contact support using this link: Contact Customer Care

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue with acrobat pro dc trial on the machine, is that correct?

On checking the details for your account using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have a subscription for acrobat pro dc. ( not a trial).

I'm unsure what you mean. I received an email from Adobe saying "welcome to your trial order" followed by "You will be billed HK$188.00 / mo after your 7 day free trial ends on December 24, 2018" .. I cancelled it on the 7th day, was billed 188, and haven't been refunded yet.
