Acrobat Pro scanner not recognized

I recently bought a Canon MF249 multifunction printer. I installed the most recent drivers (printer and scanner). Even then, Acrobat Pro cannot recognize the new scanner. I am running under Mac OS El Capitan, V. 10.11. Acrobat is up to date.

Hi Martin,

We are sorry for the issue you are facing.

Please share some required information:

1) Acrobat DC Pro version information

2) Mode in which you are connecting the scanner i.e, via  USB or network

3) Does the scanner work with other applications

Also Please try some of these steps for troubleshooting at your end.
