Acrobat Pro se cierra solo al hacer click en firmar documento

tengo el mismo problema, a la hora de utilizar certificado, se le da donde se debe guardar y se le pone pin y se cierra. Cuando se abre sale que la firma no es valida. Es la versión actualizada y según vi esto borrar estos archivos solucionaba el problema 

%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initials

%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initialsi

%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initialsk pero los archivos ni existen el computador. La version que se usa es Adobe Reader y como le digo recien bajada desde la web

The issue has been addressed in the latest update released today. Try updating the application to the latest version available. In Acrobat, go to Help > Check for updates. Check if that resolves the issue.
