Acrobat Pro security alert - page requires a secure connection

Popup on latest July 11th release of acrobat pro. states the certificate issuer for this site is untrusted or unknown. Do you wish to proceed? Need a way to surpress this message. certicate is adobe.io. We have this whitelisted in the network. Reinstalled app, repaired, tried updating certificates file in appdata, installing certificate for local user and local machine with no solution yet. We did implement network inspection policies for Fortinet on July 20th with tickets coming in July 24th. Adobe.web is allowed and see that user's traffic is not blocked.
