Acrobat Pro stamps palette

Community Beginner ,
May 20, 2025 May 20, 2025

Hi, I have a new MacBook Air. Before I had this laptop, in Acrobat Pro I could go to Tools, View More, Add a Stamp, Stamp Palette and have proofreading marks to add to a pdf. Now if I go to Tools it doesn't show View More, so I can't access any stamps. In regular Adobe Acrobat, I see the stamps palette but it isn't proofreader marks. How can I can back to access of those stamps in pdfs? Thanks.

Sorry for the late reply--but as you discovered, the proofreading stamps are not part of the normal Acrobat install. You will need to reinstall them. There are plenty of free sources for the stamps if you google. Here is one:

Thanks, David, for responding. I have contacted the publishing company who sent them to me several years ago and they've resent the proofing stamps to me. I appreciate your help and the link you shared with me. I'll see if I need to use that, but regardless, I do appreciate your sending it to me. Thanks again!

Thanks for responding. I remembered that when I first got the proofing stamps, the publisher I freelance for had to send them to me in a zip folder. I have requested it again. Hopefully that'll solve my issue. I do appreciate your help too!
