Hi, my plan includes Acrobat Pro, but when I try to enter in Acrobat web, they ask me for subscription ...

I have just created a pdf book on Adobe Express and need to open this pdf in Acrobat Pro in order to add pages numbers...

Any advice.

thank you

Update. I've just found the page from which I'm allowed to ask for the installation link. I received that link, but when I click on it, the same page I started from appears... They ask me to ask for the installation link...

Hi AnimaedArte,

Thank you for reaching out.

We checked that you have an Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps subscription. Please install Acrobat either from the Creative Cloud desktop application window or from the following page: https://adobe.ly/42wmTAA

When signing in to Acrobat Web, please make sure you are using the correct credentials. If you are still experiencing any issues signing in to Acrobat Web (https://adobe.ly/42vSsKC), let us know.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

This is the proper link:

https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/online.html

You will get to this page:

Click on the blue button and sign in (NOT the 7-day trial)--if you are already signed in (like I am), you will get to the editing tools.

@AnimaedArte A part of me thinks that's a 'malicious link!' — did you get Acrobat Pro through Adobe's website, adobe.com?

Check your subscriptions or plans to ensure that "Acrobat Pro" is indeed listed. Did you download  "Acrobat Pro" or did you only see "Adobe Acrobat" without the "Pro," — if so, you might have a different, more limited plan. I would use do a clean uninstall of Adobe. I would use Adobe Cleaner from adobe website versus using any third party cleaner. Adobe Cleaner helps remove old Adobe software, cleaning corrupt installation files, and fixing your host files to establish a connection with Adobe servers. https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Afterwards, I would go to adobe.com to make sure that's where you are installing it from. I have two separate Adobe accoints, so you need to make sure you are logged into the correct account as the paid version, Acrobat Pro is the only one that can insert pages into the PDF.
