Acrobat Pro Won't Install on Mac (running Ventura 13.4.1)

Question

I signed up for the week free trial of Acrobat today and Creative Cloud has installed but I can't get Acrobat to install. Everytime I click install it says it's installing, gets to just 1%, but never goes any further. Any help would be appreciated.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works.
