Acrobat Pro XI Activation Failed

We have a licence for two machines to use Acrobat Pro XI and we have recently replaced them with new machines. I have deactivated the licence on the old machines and have successfully activated the licence on one new PC however the other machine fails to activate correctly stating that there are no activations left. I have tried waiting for a few days between attempts and have also reinstalled the application. Does anyone have any ideas?
