upgraded from windows7 to windows10.

As a result, when you open Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, it stops working in a few minutes and crashes.

What should I do now? please tell me.

I am Japanese.

It is a clumsy sentence, but please.( google translation )

Hi there,

We are sorry for the trouble. As described the application quits.

Adobe Acrobat XI is an old application and no longer supported. The last update was released on 14 Nov 2017 version 11.0.23

Please make sure you have the latest version. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

You may also download the patch manually using the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotes/index.html and see if that works.

You may also refer to the help article https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-of-support-acrobat-xi-reader-xi.html

Are you using a supported OS?
Acrobat XI is certified use up to OS X 10.11.

However, Acrobat XI itself is no longer supported in 2017.
