Acrobat will no longer let me create external links. It goes through the steps but the menu that you put the link in never shows. Help!

Hi,
Are you able to share a document that you have the problem with? or is it all documents?
Have you uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat? ( with a restart of the machine in between)
Are you on the latest version?
Which OS are you on?

Did an uninstall and reintall which fixed the issue. Thanks for the reply.
