Acrobat Probeabo kündigen - Probleme mit creative cloud

Hallo, ich möchte mein Adobe Pro probeabo kündigen, nicht aber mein Photocloud abo. Wenn ich versuche das Adobe Pro abo vor ablauf der 7 T Testzeit zu kündigen, sagt mir das System, dass ich auch den Zugriff auf mein Portfolio verliere. Ich möchte allerdings nur das Adobe Pro kündigen. Können Sie mir helfen?

Thank your, for your quick response.
i checked the link again and my problem is not, that i am not able to cancel. I have two options to cancel and i have chosen to cancel the acrobat pro testversion. But after chosen the 2nd abo, the system then says, that i wont be able to use adobe portfolio anymore. I want to keep my Creative Cloud subscribtion, but want to cancel my acrobat pro testversion. 
i think ill write the support. Thank you again.
