Hallo,

Hello,

suddenly my Acrobat Reader 2017 Pro will start with the notification, that the current Serialnumber is already in use on too many computers. I'm using the License on 2 Notebooks. No hardwarechange whatsoever.
I can't figure out on what Client, the license is already on use neither i can contact the Adobe Support under https://helpx.adobe.com/de/contact.html (no number or contact information available)

Is there a way to reset the license via a community Admin/Mod so i can re register it on my 2 Notebooks?

Best Regards,

Obviously, running a Raspberry Pi with PiHole installed is blocking the Adobe Chat/Assistant API - so always make sure, you are not using any ad/tracking blocker.

Visiting the https://helpx.adobe.com/de/contact from another network worked for me 😉

Acrobat Pro 2017 is not part of the Creative Cloud, so signing out is not possible.

My bad. I was thinking of Acrobat DC... In that case the only option is to contact Adobe Customer Care. Make sure you enable pop-up windows in your browser and try it again.

What does you use? A product with the name "Acrobat Reader 2017 Pro" doesn't exists.

I'm using Acrobat Pro 2017 with a one time purchase license, as you can download it here for example: https://helpx.adobe.com/de/download-install/kb/acrobat-2017-downloads.html
