Acrobat Reader Frozen on MacBook Pro

New Here ,
Oct 14, 2019 Oct 14, 2019

Hi there!

I am getting a blank dialogue box from Adobe Acrobat Reader that won't go away. I've tried quitting the application, shutting down and restarting the computer. Nothing is working. The computer won't restart of shut down until Acrobat quits. Any ideas on how to overcome this problem?

Thanks!
