Acrobat SaveAs brings you to a blank dialog box

When I select SaveAs..., the resulting Save As PDF dialog box is completely empty. I'm using the latest Acrobat - version 2019.021.20061

Open Acrobat, go to Edit>Preferences>General

1. Uncheck the "Show online storage when opening files" box

2. Uncheck the " Show online storage when saving files" box
3. Click Ok below and try saving again.
