Acrobat send for revi

We work in the company using Acrobat. Recently, we have a problem with the function "sent for review. Comment on Macs don’t appear, or it's unstable.
 
As destinations are used network drives smb, windows server, osx serve, in both cases it does not work.
 
The tracker shows that there are new comments, but they do not show up in the document. Is there any solution for this problem?
 
Is there any option to install older versions of Acrobat for testing.

We are sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing. As described, the comments dont appear when sent for review.

 

A new optional update v20.009.20074 for Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC got released today. Please update the application from the help menu > check for updates and see if that works for you.
