Acrobat unknown error

This is my first time using acrobat, after downloading and opening the software for the first time, a window appears and I can't do anything, please help

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

Were you able to Accept or Deny in the Software License Agreement dialog box. (The dialog box is sometimes called the End-User License Agreement or EULA.) If not, please go through the help page (https://adobe.ly/3W8yiD8) and check.

 

Have you downloaded the Acrobat application from the Creative Cloud? If yes, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4f3cfXm), reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link (https://adobe.ly/3W8yjXI) and see if that works.
