acrobat will not start creative cloud subscription Windows 11

I have uninstalled several times and reinstalled several times. Even tried to run as admin and it still does not launch.

is the cc desktop app installed?

if yes, did you install acrobat using the cc desktop app?

if yes and yes, what exactly do you see when opening acrobat using the cc desktop app?
