Acrobat X Pro Error 10 seconds after opening

We're running 10.1.3 (I know, way out of support) with Win7 and Win10 pc's. All of a sudden, within the past few days, Adobe will open (same result if it's opened with a PDF or not) and then close after 10 seconds. This will only happen to systems that are connected to the Internet. Other systems, no issues. No OS or Software updates were deployed (We don't update our Win7 PC's ever). Yet on 2500 systems Adobe Acrobat X Pro (10.1.3) stopped working. Here's the error attached. Could this be some sort of Time Bomb?? We have tried re-installing, no luck. Any suggestions? Thank you!

We are sorry for the trouble. As described the application stopped working.

 

Adobe Acrobat X is an old and end of support application the lat update for Acrobat X was released on 13th Oct, 2015 version 10.1.16 Please try to update the application to this version. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

Check for Updates often doesn't work in older versions. If that happens you can get the installers here:

ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/10.x/

Make sure you install them one by one, in ascending order, from your current version.
