acrobat xi multilingual only English available?

I installed Acrobat XI Pro Multilingual and selected Slovak as the preferred language. While installing, the install language was Slovak. When it finished installing, the display language was English? Choose language at applicaton doesn't work. Set language the same as the OS does not work. I can see language packs within the Adobe created folder but can't select a language other than English??? What am doing wrong? I am using Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit
