Acrobat XI Pro Install License Issue Says key is not valid but key is valid

I deactivated Acrobat XI Pro from one computer and installed on another computer.

 

New install says the key is valid, but will not accept the key, wants me to chose another version of Acrobat.  You can see in the picture that Acrobat XI Pro is not listed, but that is what the key is for and that is what I installed.

 

Please help me get this install to accept my key.

It doesn't say it's not valid. It says it's an upgrade license, which means you have to specify the s/n of a previous full license to be able to use it.
