Acrobat XI Standard - I can't activate my license

Good morning everyone,

I am facing the following problem, after a failure in one of the equipment that used this license, I have not been able to activate it on the new computer. From what I've been reading, I believe i'm connected to the activation counter. how should I proceed? Thank you

Contact Adobe Customer Care (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html) and ask for an Activation Count Reset. Do not mention it's for Acrobat XI, as that will prompt them to tell you it's not supported. You need to insist they perform this operation, otherwise you won't be able to use it. Also, don't let them send you to post in the forums. There's nothing we can do here to help you with this issue.
