Years ago I bought an Acrobat XI license and installed it on my computer.
I changed computers weeks ago, first deactivate the license on the previous computer.
Later, I installed the application on my new computer.
I got an error, the license is already in use.
Is there any way to solve this error?

Contact Adobe directly and ask for an "activation count reset". It's best you don't mention it's for an unsupported version, though.
