Acrobat XI Standard update 11.0.18

I got "Update is ready to install" notification for version 11.0.18.

Having heard that a malware threat targets Adobe (I believe Java but not sure), I determined that my currently installed version of Acrobat is the same as the proposed 11.0.18.

Adobe website shows version 11.0.19.

[http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotes/11/11.0.19.html#elevenzerozeronineteenhttp://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotes/11/11.0.19.html#elevenzerozeronineteen ]

Is the 11.0.18 update a threat?

Should I simply download and install 11.0.19?

Thanks.

you can't update acrobat xi to current standards because acrobat xi has been supported (and no updates created) for a few years.

you can update to the last acrobat xi update which is better than nothing,  http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/

but upgrading to acrobat dc (for $) is the most secure.
