Acrobat XI Update Always Fails since 2015

Hi, Acrobat XI desktop has always failed to update.  I have spent a lot of time trying to figure it out with no success...  Here is a screenshot.

You can try download and install latest cumulative patch AcrobatUpd11023.msp from

ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/11.x/11.0.23/misc/

Keep in mind that Acrobat XI is no longer supported.

From the FTP link above, this is the error I recieve when trying to install the MSP.  Any suggestions?

Make sure that what you downloaded has the same size as specified at download link.

The first attempt showed 24,919kb.  Second attempt showed 252,960kb.  Both attempts results in the same error.
