Action wizard - how to set batch unlock action?

Please can somone show me how to set up a batch unlock action in Acrobat Pro? I have the password to unlock, but I just can't set a new action (seems no options to remove encryption).

I used to have a batch unlock action set in Acrobat (old versions), but since recent update it doesn't work anymore. Thanks in advance!

    Since Acrobat XI (11), you can no longer create a new Action to unlock files, but you can use an old Action.
    There are still specific settings in the Preferences.

    Thanks so much!!! I went change the Preferences as you mentioned, and import an old actions and it seems to do the trick. Appreciated!
