Activar Licencia Acrobat 2015

I am Alberto from the Valdepeñas City Council, I am contacting you because we have a perpetual license for Adobe Acrobat Pro dc Version 2015 (Classic) Version 2015.006.30527 installed on a computer and we want to replace it with another, but we do not have the box with the license.

If we have the invoice and the equipment with the license installed.
