Tech support - I was told to contact you regarding reinstall of my Adobe Standard Acrobat version 12 standalone - how is this done?

As per the issue description mentioned above, you want to re-install Acrobat Standard DC on the machine, is that correct?

As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have perpetual license for Acrobat Standard DC. Please use the following link to download installer for Acrobat:

Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC | Non-subscription

You need your Acrobat DC serial number to complete the installation.
