I have a purchased version of Acrobat Pro X that I installed on a new workstation and I am trying to activate.  Adobe says I have exceeded the number of activations allowed and subsequently the software will not activate.  I have uninstalled the software from my previous workstation but not sure what else I can do.  Please advise.

Hi @Gary34329424wg1b

Adobe Acrobat X is an EOL application. https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-of-support-acrobat-x-reader-x.html

End of Support means that Adobe no longer provides technical support or distributes runtimes. This policy affects product and security updates for all derivatives of a product or product version. Adobe strongly recommends that customers update to the latest versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat. By updating installations to the latest versions, customers benefit from the latest functional enhancements and improved security measures.

Regards

Amal

Same here, I deactivated my adobe x pro on old machine and now I'm stuck and not able to activate on the new one. There must be a solution...

and you will find you cannot reactivate the PC where you deactivated the old installation, even if you did not uninstall the software.   A real life Catch 22 brought to you by Adobe chasing more subscriptions.  Then wait for the discounted subscription offers.....
