Hello,

I have the same problem as below.

If i want to check LWS there is an error with information:

"

Adobe Licensing Web Site

Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site. Please contact Adobe for assistance.

Please use log in button to login as another user."

I am sure, that i am using correct user.

I can't deactivate any computers beause they are unavailable (system reinstalled).
